Perfect Diet vs Sup Par Diet

Was curious on personal experience on a bulk using exogenous hormones. Your thoughts or results from a clean bulk vs a dirty bulk.

Obviously a near perfect diet is best for both bulking and cutting, but as far as bulking how much of a benefit is it to have a “perfect diet” when seeing results vs a decent diet where you hit your protein intake goal but indulge in fast food, restaurants, and junk food?

Will you gain more/less muscle? How did you feel throughout the week? How much extra fat did you gain?

I ask this because a lot of people seem to think roids will do the work for you no matter what you eat as long as you hit your daily protein goal.

With calories and macros equated? You’ll still grow, but probably feel like shit with shit quality food.

Knowing that calories and macros are likely not equated? You’ll get fatter, put on less muscle, more fat, etc.

Most people use the term “dirty bulk” to describe “unhinged, assholish eating habits that result in a 1500cal/day surplus”. So context is needed. But the above describes my thoughts.

500cal surplus is not enough for you to start eating like shit tbh. See how many calories are in a large fry at a fast food joint of your choice and see how much 500cals gets you.

All will be negatively impacted. You’d be better off with a 90/10 approach.
