Bulk advice for novice

Looking for a simple bulking cycle. I’m not a seasoned vet when it comes to anabolic but have learned allot over the past year and have been using gear for a year now, lightly mind you, got on test p and Masteron in the spring, found I was sensitive too it as it ramped up my blood pressure and had to dose down, also used Anavar in the past. I’m 43yo don’t need anything crazy but would like to add lean mass while still burning fat. Looking for suggestions for a fairly simple cycle that will show good results.

You can’t go wrong with test. Esp at our age, IMO, adding in a bunch of compounds may not be worth the outcomes. Don’t know what you ran Test at last time, but do that again, but this time manage your BP and diet so you have a better outcome. 300 extra cal starting out and adjust every 3-4 weeks as needed. 16-20 weeks.

AAS aside, the first macro you should investigate is protein. Are you eating sufficient protein to add muscle? You need to error on the eating more protein than you need. Overeating protein is far less likely to add fat tissue than overeating carbohydrates.

I have come to cringe every time someone asks about going on a bulk. Most likely that person will next be looking into a “cut” a little down the road (the aspiring bodybuilders’ “Yo-Yo dieting.”)

As I reflect on my experience, I would guess that my “bulk” was an increase to about 15% body fat. I still looked very much like I lifted weights. I had muscle separation in most all the major body parts. At no time have I ever “bulked” until visually I thought I needed to “cut.” I only cut to compete.

Thanks for the response, my protein intake is pretty good at 260grams a day. I think your probably right, i may go back on the test and keep it simple, I weigh currently at 245lb, i battle an endomorphic body type badly, so weight gain overall is no issue, I was just wanting to ramp up muscle mass. If I stay the course with what I’m doing I should be just fine

Using test only, the new evidence is pointing that using test alone would necessitate a dose of 300mg per week or higher to build Supra-physiological muscle, which is around a 1400 ish test level.

If your bf is above 15% and it most likely is, you may have e2 issues at that dose.

interesting, I found even at 200mg a week test p my body wasn’t happy, had all the signs of too high of estrogen, went down 20 and it smoothed right out.

300 mg test E or test C split into 2 shots a week. Run for at least 4 months

20mg anavar pre workout. Don’t run that forever

Keep some light aromasin and 5mg cialis part of your weekly schedule as clearly you get test side effects
