I’m going to try to describe my problem. Hopefully it has a name and remedy. My problem is that my pelvis tilts forward like a monkey’s. Is this “poor posture” related to weak trunk muscles? Or is it more of a structural issue?
Uhhhh… I’m guessig you just need to work on your posture. I used to hunch over and now i could never see myself standing like that again. Just work on it and in time you should have better posture. But i’m not an expert so don’t hold me to it.
