Pec Tears / Tendon Damage

hey guys, recently felt a pop in my pecs whilst doing bench, suspect its a pec tear of tendon problem…anyone suffered from this or have any ideaas aside from laying off pressing movements for weeks and losing strength.

Bit of a piss off as Ive just got back into training after 3 years off following my muay thai ambitions.

is it bruised? does it hurt when you are moving it? If you warm it up, does it hurt as bad?
