ITS A SCAPULA DEPRESSER.LOCATED BENEATH PEC MAJOR…HOOKS UPTO A BONY PROCESS IN THE FRONT OF THE SCAPULA TO THE UPPER RIBS…[TRYING TO KEEP THIS IN LAYMANS TERMS]ITS NOT STRESSED AS MUCH AS THE EXTERNAL ROTATORS BUT WHEN YOU FINISH YOUR STROKE UNDER WATER AND BEFORE YOU BRING YOUR ARM OUT…YOUR SCAPULA IS IN A DEPRESSED POSITION…HOPE THIS HELPS
