I’m running 300mg Test Cyp, 300mg Deca EW for 12 weeks and 60 mg Var ED weeks 5 - 12. I have adex on hand in case of gyno issues during cycle and I have clomid and HCG for PCT. Looking for advice on when to start PCT, dosage and duration. Also, should I add Nolva as well? Advice is appreciated.

My original post is still up and you can clearly see I simply asked for advice. If I did something incorrect it was due to not knowing better. I felt your response was a little nasty and set the tone for all that followed. Yes I have been a member since 2006, but I’ve only been on a handful of times. I did some research prior to my post and my head was spinning due to all the different PCT protocols I found. Different ideas on when to start, what to use, dosages and duration. Thought I could get info on current PCT protocols being used but was mistaken.

I wouldn’t normally get involved OP, but I’ll chime in WITH WHAT I WOULD DO, in an attempt to bring something positive to the thread…
Increase the Cyp to 600mg a week for twelve weeks (we have no idea where you are, how many weeks in etc)
I’ve never used deca, so cant comment, but as you’ve not mentioned a prolactin inhibitor I’m guessing you don’t have one, but your not complaining of sides so probably aren’t experiencing any
I’ve never used Anavar either, so wont comment, as far as I’m aware the most likely problems for you are going to be either prolactin related from the deca, or PCT related as you’ve started a cycle without a solid plan for PCT, read the test taper thread please, and as a rule try to run 2:1 test to deca, if you wish to enjoy a fruitful sex life.
Funnily enough I was speaking to two very experienced bodybuilders and steroid users recently about deca and both agreed that deca dick and prolactin sides are very dependent on the individual, with some people getting gyno and deca dick despite using 2:1 test, whilst others can use 500mg week deca, and 30mg day dbol, with no prolactin inhibitor and get no negative sides. One also admitted he has never used a prolactin inhibitor and never experienced any problems.
Adex, 0.25mg EOD, titrated as necessary
HCG 250IU eOD , to maintain testicular size and function,not for PCT
Week ten begin the test taper also using your clomid, so thats a test taper plus serm.

You have to be kidding me. More concerned with reputation? I would say that the vast majority of people here, and especially any vets, are more concerned with the wellbeing of people who are looking at a cycle. Responses may be harsh at times but they almost always have the best interests of the reader at heart.
However, as with most things, you get out what you put in. If you post before reading anything, it smacks of laziness. Not always but most of the time. I’m not even referring the to OP at this point, though all his questions are answered in the stickies at the top as he now realizes, but just commenting on what I see as a rather ignorant set of comments on your part.
As for the boards that are dedicated to questions that have been answered time and time again and have the information stickied at the top of the forum, I would rather read here and learn than be there getting spoonfed.
