How long should you wait after your static and then taper period before you run another cycle? Im guessing the standard would be the same amount of time you were on, starting your last day of the taper? or does the taper period count as time off?

There is no right or wrong answer to this question. The old saying was time off should be time on. But that has generally been abandoned. Speaking as someone who is basically on indefinitely you can stay on as long as you want to but if you choose to go through the effort of coming off and if part of the reason for coming off is to run au naturale for awhile you might as well stay off for awhile

I felt your response was a little nasty and set the tone for all that followed. Yes I have been a member since 2006, but I’ve only been on a handful of times. I did some research prior to my post and my head was spinning due to all the different PCT protocols I found. Different ideas on when to start, what to use, dosages and duration. Thought I could get info on current PCT protocols being used but was mistaken.

Rx show the vets some respect. They have so much valuable information that you could use.
All you had to do was a search to find what you needed, then after you posted your proposed PCT and reasons it could be critiqued. In future do a search and cut the attitude.

What I would Do
wks 1-9 Test C 4-500mg/week (Frontload first shot)
wks 1-7 Nandro 300mg/week (frontload first shot)
wks 4-11 Var 60mg/day (Not really worth it IMO)
PCT
wks 12-14 Nolva 40mg/day
wks 15-16 20mg/day

Seriously if you are too lazy to look up answers for yourself, you’re not cut out for this sport. How the fuck do you know if what you’re being told is right or not?

What I would Do

That’s the whole thing, I have searched quite a bit and there are so many different opinions about what to take, dosages, when to start, duration, test tapering, etc. When I posted this thread I had a plan for pct, my mistake apparently was not posting it for critique. I was hoping to receive replies such as yours ( i did receive a few ) and see what the common factors were to help me tweek my pct. Thanks for the input and the cycle advice.
