Pch2's Adventures

Do you know what is scarier then bichted up chic, or enhanced dudes…

Off season female bodybuilder.

I wsn colorado last summer for a month the only gym I could muster, (hours, location etc)
was a tiny private gym - owned by a VERY off season female bodybuilder

think like Dave Tate with the power bloat, and a pony tail.
super nice, super huge, big gut and veins on the hugendous thighs.

Another. Look at her back, amazingness.

This girl could play as rough as you want, and be a great lifting partner.

I truly don’t understand how having sex with her would not feel like… well, banging a dude.

Gross man. Gross.
My current girl is a little more “traditional” and I have never dated a woman that muscular.

But I would, and I would enjoy it. The girl in the picture is pretty much the most muscular girl I would want to date.

Keep in mind that Im a pretty big guy, and since even many female bodybuilders are at what…5 foot something and 160-ish, Im still going to be the “man” so to speak, so my “fragile male ego” will remain intact.

I like the sporty girls.

sporty girls and bithges with 3’ cocks they are calling a clitorous are two different things my man.

pch2 prime time in the gym is a shameful thing to witness you are like the uthteen person to bust on my typing
what is it the line breaks?

This made my day.

I found your log, finally. Mega Dave’s?

Yesterday was workout B and Mega Dave’s. So, I had to go to the gym during peak hours :frowning: (now get why kmc types like that, fuck, it would be nice if the box size changed as the window size changes, I want to type into a tiny space!) Teenagers, babies, curlers in the only squat rack, chatty grandmas, now I remember why I try to go at 8pm.

To warm up:
Fire Hydrants
Broom stick stretch
Around the worlds

1A) Deadlifts 105 3x10
There were no bars available, since it was everyone’s Bench Press day. So I used one of the shorter bars. What are they actually called? The size of the EZ curl bar but not with the bends.
1B) DB Rows 30 3x10
2A) DB Lunges 20 3x10
Something feels off with these, I need to look up form.
2B) DB Overhead Press 15 3x10
3A) DB External Rotation 5 2x12
3B) Prone Scaptions 5 2x12

Then Mega Dave’s.
Lol, poor girl, you had to use a short bar to deadlift.

ATROCITIES !!!, should have stollen one from some guy, just ask if you can “…have this” in a sweet voice while running a finger along the bar and run off with it.

By the time his boner goes away the day will be YOURS !!

Besides apprently, EVERYDAY is bench day now that its summer…so thats not saying much.

Something feels off with your lunges ? Do you make sure to keep your shoulders back and your neck up ? Its kinda like squatting, you kinda push up and out.

Sorry, class time rolled around and I didn’t get to finish.

It’s another BJJ school. The instructor is under Megaton so Mega Dave.

We learned an armbar for the second arm if during a traditional arm bar you lose the first arm. I had a bit of trouble pivoting all the way back around. Honestly I think it’s because my partner wasn’t keeping her base well. Then we did a triangle for when the arm bar isn’t clicking.

Rolling was 3 five min rounds. I rolled with the instructor first, and he got me with then showed me a neat choke. I don’t remember what it was called but I was attempting to turtle him from a stack pass he was defending, so he put both hands in my collar then pressed them together with his fists. Immediate pain. Then I rolled with Brendan, because I made him go with me.

My last round was with their girl. She’s a big girl, like I can’t close my guard around her big. So I was really comfortable smashing her, and smash her I did! I opened her guard, went to side control, then mount where I x-choked her. It was great. I never get to smash kids.

Today in class, we did self defense. How to guillotine if you’re rushed and then what to do if you are guillotine. Then I drilled yesterday’s arm bar for a while.

Yeah, your posts look like poetry.

You can win in judo a few ways,

there are chokes that lead to taps, you can do many chokes, but nothing below the elbow
and most if not all ankle locks are not allowed.
Sometimes there are knee bars, but that is usually not the case.
And like BJJ each tourney has its own peculiar things.

you can win by points-
Ippon is one full point - awarded for one good throw the classic way to win.
you throw somone for ippon and the match is over.

and waza-ari which when you score twice is like ippon they end the match.

there are a ton of other little rules, that vary,
grip fighting has a bunch of rules, about engaging or evading grips…
that stuff is minor, the big stuff is throwing somone for ippon or 1/2 ippon so to speak
and taps.

this is like super watered down.

for ground fighting we call it newaza- there are several “classic” positions that one works for,
but there is virtually no guard work, it varies from school to school as to what they put the emphasis on.
In the US grips are not part of the plan, the rest of the world they are- when I say grip.
I mean grabbing the other persons Gi we do that ALLOT and working on control with just the grip.

Newazza is where you will see all the chokes, armbars, keylocks that you use.

Interesting, so then what advantages would a BJJ person have over a Judo person?

The short bar feels so weird.

I try not to acknowledge the existence of the guys at the gym unless I’ve seen them a few times doing valid movements.

Hmm, I think I’ve been looking at the floor for balance. I’ll play with it.
Interesting, so then what advantages would a BJJ person have over a Judo person?
Let me take a try at this, once the game is on the floor in Judo we have a time limmit-
so you might see allot of turtling or stalling.
before we are stopped or halted- we spend more time on pins, another way to win a match
then the nuances that are entirely BJJ

I tend to think Judo players either have a very strong ground game or a modest style.
I was always stronger on the feet, but my newazza is solid- and frustrates some BJJ types.
because its different enough -
I can count with one hand how many times I am ever in side controllock down , or mounted, but have been tapped plenty.

with BJJ its about nuance and patience and we might not always have those options
depending on the school and the age of the players- BJJ tends to have a fuller set of
offerings for submissions- and far more variety.

Some Judo people have a hard time passing the guard - but are usually strong on top.
as far as working off the back- to me that is one of the corner stones in BJJ- something we dont really do too much of in judo.

kmc

judo guys can be annoying as hell when they make the transition because they always want to sit there and stall. it’s like, this is a different game guys, we aren’t going to stand up again unless you stand up or get out of my guard…but still, they sit there looking at me like we’re going to do something different. blah.

Interesting, I’ll try to work off my back next time I roll with him just to see how it goes. He’s a judo black belt and I’m a white belt so I don’t expect much.

It’s not a bad thing, I just hadn’t understood why.

Yesterday’s class was light.

There’s a competition this weekend, so all we did was defend the negative and roll.

I managed to validly get one of the blue belts backs, but other than that nothing major.

My head still hurts from being kicked.

I need to learn how to defend against the butterfly guard sweep.

I visited the boy after class last night.
He’s lost a ridiculous amount of weight, 20lbs?
A lot of it was muscle mass.
He looks so small now.

People always bust on my line breaks.

who cares what belt he or you are. you can both learn from each other-
I have been swept and tapped by white belts- its part of it.

kmc

I forgot the important part…

I always try to pass as soon as people start butterfly

you can scoop through both legs- your other hand goes above the knee
and pull their legs away- push with the other hand/arm and pass into side control.
push opposite the side your arm goes under the legs.

this one is harder to explain… and harder to get
posture up use an under hook to pull their head under your chest

your also rising to your feet- stacking them
you can pass to either side this way…

I can try to find a vid.

I can’t really picture what you’re saying. I’ll look for videos. This is the sweep I’m trying to counter. Rodrigo Gracie Butterfly Guard Sweep - YouTube
