Hi guys, thought would start posting training on here. If you don’t know who i am i have a background in grip strength comps and strongman competitions, however this year i’m trying to be more well rounded and bring up my gym lifts. Goals are to bench press a lot, squat a lot, deadlift a lot and pretty much have no real weak lifts for any body part.

I also want to lift 250kg double overhand axle deadlift which would be the most anybody has lifted and also certify coc #4 ironmind gripper, been working towards it for years.

Today did 50 short rom reps with two 20kg each side on close grip bench press in smith machine along with some tricep extensions, flys, shoulder rausis and dumbbell pullovers. Videos to follow.

Just ended up doing fridays grippers today. Did COC 3.5 for sets of 7 then credit card set reps #2.5 and clicker rep set #3. Videos to follow.
