I also did decline three 20kg each side for 20 reps. Felt better for chest, my shoulders overpower somewhat on the bench as always used more shoulders than chest in strongman training but have very uneven shoulders, lot of front delt but not so much side and rear delt and this brings shoulder pain (why i go narrow grip). I am trying to fix this so pressing now is a lot more chest and triceps than shoulders, pushing side and rear more than front and doing rotator cuff exercises also. Hopefully can do 4 20kg a side for 10-15 pretty soon on decline, also going to start doing weighted dips, want to get to 100kg, best 80kg 6 reps in past. Legs and back tonight.
