So i’ve been on Guaranteed Muscle Mass for a while now and it’s pretty brutal but i love it. But i would like a bit more frequency so here’s my take on it.
Monday:
Squats 5x5
Bench Press 330 (same idea but 30 reps across 3 sets instead of 50)
Bent-over Row 350
Lateral raise 350
Wednesday:
Deadlift 3x3
Incline Bench 350
Pulldowns 350
Pushdowns 350
Friday:
Loaded Carries
OHP 330
Dips 350
Barbell Curl 350
