i wasent sure how heavy i was gnna go today. ive been pretty tired. i really need to force myself to sleep a little earlyer than ive been going. 455 felt pretty good. 485, really heavy, but i thought id give it a try. it was so fucking close. usually i miss right at the ground. but it came up to almost my knees and gave out there. i know if i got it another inch i would of gotten it. i think if i didnt do 485 and went right to it i might of got it. still happy i hit a PR though.

most people fail right at the ground or not far up pulling sumo. that was actually the first time i didnt fail right at the ground for some reason lol. i think some pulling from a deficit can help your power off the ground. it looks like my sticking point moved up a little from doing alot of pulling from a deficit
