Romanian Deads with 3 sec pause at bottom

Form for deads was a little off, but i took a week off so its expected. i figured out what to use for box squats for the first time and it worked. so it was fun doing a new exersize so i did a couple heavyer sets. 275 was a little heavy but havent squated for awhile.

no, i used this weird low bench thing at the gym people usually use for overhead dumbell presses. i just never thouhg of using it before till now.

Yeah, I still havn’t found something low enogh at my gym that won’t break when I sit on it with a bar on my back.

Is the reason you do double starts/only 35s on the bar is because you’re weak off the floor?

yes im very weak off the floor. if the bar moves a half inch off the floor i know i got the lift. if a weight is just 1 pound too heavy i wont move it an inch. its more embarrasing ot miss lifts for me cuase the weight dosent move at all lol

deifinitly a weird workout. i got like 10 masquito bites. it felt good to get a workout in though. it was really tough on my grip holding onto a wet thick branch doing pull ups

1st workout wasent bad. 455 came up pretty fast. all my rows were strict form untill the last set i cheated like hell.

Wide Grip felt weird cause im not use to it at all. i almost dropped 245 on my face cause my forarms were really tired. im pretty damn tired now.

yes, still like to stay in good shape cardio wise. i do enjoy wrestling with people for fun and if im too out of shape ill get too tired

Ah, I see. So it’s more for (fun) wrestling? Because Dave Tate once said “Look at the qualities (strength, speed, endurance etc.) of those that are at the top of your sport. That’s what qualities you need.”…or something like that.
