just giving it some light lifting this week cause ive gone hard the last few weeks. this way i can figure out what im doing from here. im considering a sheiko routine.

i went to the gym with my friend just decided to do some speed bench and push downs. im starting a sheiko routine tuesday i think

speed and everything was good on bench for the first time. didnt rest more than 3 min between sets there. Squats were pretty tough and tiring. didnt rest more than 4 min on those. then by the time i had to bench a 2nd time. my bench speed went down. it was really tiring. didnt rest more than 3 min on those. i did a couple sets of light flys and i didnt do the good mornings. that workout was pretty brutal. im not use to this kind of volume yet. fun times.

Interesting sandwhiching benches like that…where have I read that before???

today was even harder than mondays lol. the first deadlifts were tiring as hell cause im not use to the volume. form kept good though. went way light on incline bench. didnt really think i needed to do dips or lunges cause i was way dead. i had trouble keeping ym back straight on the deficit deads so i lowered the weight a little and kept the volume. i had to work my biceps, its been awhile since i have. i went into this workout sore as hell. i wonder how sore im gonna be tommorow lol.

Workout wasent too bad. didnt rest more than 3;10 on bench sets. didnt rest more than 3;45 on squat sets. was gonna do skulls but my elbows were hurting as were my wrists so i did pushdowns. it was pretty tiring but not as bad today.

Just looking at all those sets is making me tired man!

lol your telling me. it takes about 2 hours even going at a decent pace

i did some cardio today in the yard cause it feels like awhile since i did some cardio
