I’m Chris. I’m 17 5’11" and 195 lbs. I’ve been lifting for about two months, but only about 2 weeks with my training partner. I take a 1 hour boxing class 3 times a week. My goals are to gain strength and lose fat for boxing. I lift 3-6 times a week depending on what workouts my training partner comes up with for me.
My workout for today consisted of chest and legs
weightxsetsxreps
Flat Bench 135x3x7
Close Grip 115x3x7
Incline 95x1x7, 105x2x7
Back Squat 95x7, 135x3x7, 145x2x7, 155x3x5, 150x3x5
The funny thing is is that even though you are pathetically weak right now I can tell you will be huge by the time you are 21. I base this prediction on the emotionless expression on your face and the thickness of your neck and head. Also, 195 lbs at your height is actually pretty damn big for someone who has trained for 2 months and isn`t a lard ass.
Today I did legs and biceps
Back Squat
95x5
135x2x7
145x2x7
150x4x7
165x2x4
165x3 with a pause at the bottom
Piston Hammer curls
30x6
35x6
30x6
30x8
Preacher curls(first six reps are reverse grip for every set)
35x24
35x19
35x12
EDIT: Forgot to include why I didn’t do another rep on the pause squats, my right knee cracked on the way up on the third rep and I did not want to injure it.
On the preacher curl was that 35 on each side plus the bar or 70/2 (kinda each arm load)=35? Other than that you sound pretty dedicated lifting that often and its good that you’re doing variety on bench and doing deadlifts and squats. Three things I can say 90% of the lifters in my school don’t do.

big pr on squats. think about this, in less than 1 month you went from not being able to do 135 once to doing 185 for doubles without a huge problem. BIG improvements. now onto 225!
Good job on the squats. That and deadlift are two of the most important lifts you can do. However, you seem to have too much emphasis on arms (biceps especially.) Train your Lats more with pullups and rows.
Since you are a boxer you should also be doing a lot of light deltoid work such as lateral and front raises in addition to bagwork. Keep up the good work
