was mad i missed 415. so i waited awhile and phyched myself up and got it, form was not good though but oh well. form should be better when im not pulling from as much of a deficit. front squats are so uncomfortable and hard. skipped good mornings. didnt wanna do too much volume. i finally figured out how to do back extensions wihtout it killing my balls. workout was alright

workout went alright. form felt alright on deads, but not perfect. im happy im moving to less of a deficit now. i ripped my damn boxers on my first set. i had to do cleans before squats cause both racks were being used and i didnt have time to wait.
for the static hold i accidently used a different bar so i dont know if that had to do with the worse time.

pretty good workout. form wasent too bad hwen i got up to my heavy deadlift singles. i was good for a little more weight. front squats were fun, im starting to like the exersize. on the good mornings i had someone tell me if i kept my back straight thats why i stopped after 4 on 185 cause it rounded a bit. next week im gonna take off from deads as my easy week. maybe some high reps front squats and leg press and leg curls to keep it easy.

Unhappy with todays workout. i could really tell my form suffered from not benching. i couldnt get it into my mind that i wasent driving hard enough with my legs. i cant belive i missed the 5th rep on the first set. i got it the 2nd time cause my form was better. my form was pretty good by 245 but i was already fitigued because it was my 3rd set instead of my 2nd. its hard to say if i backed off to long or if i should of spent some time working on form during it. next time i just have to remember i need to drive HARD with my legs or i cant put up the same kinda weight. next time ill start with 245 and see where i go from there. i dont think i was any weaker than last time, no stronger either. just stayed about the same. i bet i could of gotten 3 sets with 240x5 if i didnt fuck up my form so bad.we all have bad workouts so no big deal i guess.
