Freakin awesome arm measurements.
Just out of curiousity, why do you weigh yourself each day? Is it your indicator of overtraining?

i just like to see where im at. i weigh myself ALOT. i basically do it to make sure im eating ehough. because i dont exactly count calories. i find that its a pretty good way to make sure ive eaten enough food of late. and i also find im stronger whenever i weigh a tiny bit more so thats why i put it with my workouts. its probly not the best way to do these things, but its my way.

Speed Deadlift with biggest plates on 25s

Speed Squat
195x5x2
Hang Cleans
185x5x2
Romanian Deadlift with 3 second pause at bottom
185x3x6
Pretty good workout. Deadlift form felt pretty good. Squats felt fast and really light. Cleans are starting to get hard as i up the weight cause i dunno what the hell im doing, i just dip a little then pull up as hard as i can and try to get underneath it any way i can lol. those romanian deadlifits suck so bad they kill with the pause.
Check out Brad Cardoza’s stuff on this site.
Alot of strongman and some bodybuilding and alot of training insite(and I think he lives close by).

Very good workout although im trying not to puke right now. big PR on deadlift, i defitly see myself hitting 500 when im back to 45s. front squats felt alot easyer today. 275 felt like 245 last time. good workout and i didnt even gain any weight and made some real good improvements.

i was doing grip work, i skipepd it last workout cause im so fitigued by the end of my workout i cant seem to improve at it. i dont think my grip is so bad it will hold me back. i just didnt think about it when i did my lift and didnt grab the bar as hard as i could. i could always use some chalk next time anyways

Too bad my gym doesn’t allow chalk (LOL I know I need a new gym)
What were you doing for the grip work?

Another crappy bench workout. im gonna drop to tripples to try to break through mmy plateu ive hit. and add a little extra work for my chest(incline bench) because i dont do to much for my chest. some reason i can never get my upper and lower body to improve at the same time.

Decent workout. Skulls felt pretty strong today. good for a couple more reps definitly. those hurcles curls are annoying. i get all light headed when it gets hard and everything gets real bright. pretty good workout though
