I stretched alot before doing the deadlifts because i wanted to make sure i could get in the right position. it went pretty well except form got iffy when i was real heavy. felt good for more weight though. first time doing front squats. i tryed doing it olympic style but it hurt my wrists. i was tired by good mornings so i went light. back extensions hurt my damn balls. hence using no weight on the last set. all in all pretty good workout.

thanks. yah i think im definitly good for 270-275

i hate having to make this desicion. im not sure if i should actually workout today or wait one more day. i do have to workout early today cause i have to go out which i dont usually do. im just having a hard time making the desicion if i feel up to a tough workout or if i should just wait till tommorow. hmmmm well i guess ill know soon enough what my desicion is

i went to the gym and did 1 set and it was hard so i was like fuck this im gonna just take tommorow off and do it tuesday. i did 235x4 i coulda gotten the 5th but it would of been an all out struggle. so i think ill wait till the day after tommorow when i feel fresh and ready to go. my mistake on even going

after i back off for a week, i may even just take a week off of benching. im going to drop to triples at about a 5-6rm and work back up to PRS touch n go

thanks man. my arms are growing pretty good, but i have like the smallest chest, when my bench goes up my arms grow, chest barely ever does lol.

i dont count exactly but usually 4500-5300 calories depending on how hard my workout was.

after my first set of deads, i think i got the form down pretty well. squats felt very explosive. ive done cleans before like 2 years ago. i never really knew what the hell i was doing. i think i could do more with a curl grip lol. those paused romanian deads really murdered my hamstrongs so i didnt go to heavy, plus my low back was pretty fitigued by then. i was beat when i did the static hold. i think ill beat that next time. ok workout i guess.

no i don’t work. im pretty lazy when it comes ot things like that lol. my brothers 19 and he dosent work so i probly wont hear any shit from my parents for awhile.

thats working a long time. i still need to do my community service for school before i get a job, and im gonna stick with like 2 hours at a time. i dont want to have to brign a refreigerators worth of food with me

Really happy about todays workout. i was so tired i almost decided not to go cause i was tired. first set musta felt good for about 7 reps. bradford press felt alot easyer today. all aroudn it made me very happy. ill be figuring out what im doing from here tommorow.
