Your bench is realy getting up there man, you will probably end up with around 335 by the end of the bench cycle.

pretty good workout. the military press looked pretty ridiculous, i definitly should of had it. half way up my right arm got ahead of my left which made my left arm go back down. i almost had my right arm at lockout while my left arm was at my chest lol. triceps went good, they keep getting stronger. cant wait to be doing sets with 185 on skull crushers

eh could of been better. i tryed with my toes pointed a little farther out to try to help my lockout. 585 couldnt of been closer. it flew up like a rocket and stalled right at lockout. it was jsut about to lockout then somehow i ended out on my toes and my grip gave.
im gonan really start working on fixing my form to help my lockout and doing pin pulls to strengthen it. i could probly break 640-650 off the floor at this point but i have no strength at the top. hopefully my deadlift will go way up when i fix this problem
edit- oh yah and the reason my rows were shitty is cause my biceps are sore as hell
Yeah missing at lockout is annoying as hell…
If your working on lockout try barbell hyper extensions, nothing and I mean nothing, has ever hit my glutes as hard as those did. Usualy I dont feel my glutes working at all in squats or deadlifts, even in stiff leg deadlifts I dont feel them.
To give you a idea of how bad ass they are for lockout… I could only use a 100lb barbell for 7 reps on them.
Thats like benching 500lbs but finding out you can only floor press 315…
Anyway if you get a chance try them.
