My arms are 3/4 of a inch off to.

Nice Workout dude!

Yeah I feel better…It was from my mother’s great ideal of cooking everything in GREASE the night before.Plus too many veggies in one day lol I only got 2hrs sleep last night.

oh, by the way to you train your arms for strenght or size? I havent measured mine at all but i know they are getting stronger and bigger. For Strenght i found out the 10x3 with heavy weight for barbell curls really help. I went from curling 75lbs x5 to 115lbs x5 in like a month or so. Plus I’ve realize that using heavier weight also makes the muscles ALOT harder than before.

yah mine have always been this way. the right one looks way bigger. i guess its from being right handed and doing everything with this arm all my life

damn 2 hours of sleep. i always have trouble working out without a good nights sleep

weight real easy. finally dropped to 5s. felt good for like 10 first set. pushed legs back 1 day because last day my low back felt like it was strating to get overtrained. will be doing that workout tommorow instead. felt like i barely did anything since the workout was so short

Pretty good workout. i think the extra day of rest helped. the 375 was pretty heavy but im happy i still havent had to use a belt yet. i did some lat pulldown in between for fun to give myself a little rest before box squats. box squats pretty easy today
