i have everything planned out pretty much. but i just use that as like a refrence. it never goes exactly how i planned it cause i like to go by how i feel

workout went pretty good. deadlifts werent too bad. pretty heavy at the end but im satisifyed with how it went. i think im gonna hit a big number when i go for a max. rows felt a little weak but its cause my biceps were extremely sore today. the worst i think theyve ever been
