i hurt my arm today. its really fucking stupid how too. my sock was like half on and i somehow tripped over it. i fell into the bifold door thing and kinda knocked through it and landed ontop of my arm with my arm into the metal bracket that holds the door in place. i had to get a few stitiches and i cant really do any exersizes where i bend my arm.
i know i can do deadlifts, leg press, other leg machines. im gonna see if i can get some friends to help me hold the bar on my back and see fi can still squat. but upper body stuff i gotta lay off of for like 2 weeks. im extremely pissed off

i tryed to keep my rest between sets real low cause i had to do this at night cause i was busy since its valentines day. maybe i dont know what my dumbell handle weighs cause those weights seemed extremely low lol. i can curl 135 for like sets of 8 but with some short rest periods and alot of reps im struggling with like a 15 pound dumbell lol

alot of things have gotten in the way latetly. first i was sick for awhile. then i hurt my arm. now tommoorw i need to get my 4 wisdom teeth out. this should be it then nothing should get in the way for a very long time i hope. it sucks you gotta fast from 12 o clock so im trying to shovel down as much food as i can before the clock hits 12
theres no way id be able to lift weights even if i wanted to right now. my mouths been bleeding for 10 hours i havent even had anyhting to eat yet. hopefully tommorow i can get some food down then during the next couple days think about lifitng weights
