havent posted my cardio latetly.
was mixing it up today for fun

200 meters with 50 pounds in backpack
1st - :42
2nd - 1:19 (didnt wanna go to fast so i could run a couple more lol)

100 meters with 100 pounds
1st - :28
2nd - :26

didnt go that fast was just trying something new today. it felt pretty weird

workout went decent. i had a problem i never had before really though. i was having trouble locking out my deads with 485. thats why i did a set from the knees at the end. i used my new belt today. damn that was hard as hell to get off even with someone helping me. probly go for 500 or so next week

yah i always feel alot stronger after i deload. i feel like i overtrain pretty fast and dealoading helps me alot

pretty good workout. i went into it with my back still sore from deads. the signles with 365 extremely easy. 275 on bench was pretty hard but i didnt have my regular lift off man. was a pretty good workout though

Shit I wish singles with 365lbs was extremely easy for me. How much do you think a belt helps?

i always figured a belt gave me 15-25 pounds. cant really say for sure though

Im confident I will get 600 in about 4 months

I can get a easy 470 by easy I mean 2 maybe 3 reps plus Im in the midle of a squat program

good workout. 455 went up extemely easy today. knew i had 500 in me. it went up pretty smoothly but some trouble near lockout. i think im good for 5-10 more pounds maybe. will see next time.
