workout went decent. i had a problem i never had before really though. i was having trouble locking out my deads with 485. thats why i did a set from the knees at the end. i used my new belt today. damn that was hard as hell to get off even with someone helping me. probly go for 500 or so next week

pretty good workout. i went into it with my back still sore from deads. the signles with 365 extremely easy. 275 on bench was pretty hard but i didnt have my regular lift off man. was a pretty good workout though

good workout. 455 went up extemely easy today. knew i had 500 in me. it went up pretty smoothly but some trouble near lockout. i think im good for 5-10 more pounds maybe. will see next time.
