I decided to cut out most of my light sets so i could try to hit 510. 510 was a bitch to lockout but i decided to go for 520. i stuggled so bad to lock it out but managed too. Huge PRS im extremely happy. great workout

Great job on the numbers, but I have to ask why are you using the belt? I’m not knocking your numbers (they are impressive), but in my opinion, a belt won’t give you the extra needed to make the lift. Have you tried with out a belt?
a belt helps it might not make the difference between 450 and 500 but will make the difference between 500 and 510

well im not sure how much i get out of wearing a belt. i assume about 20 pounds. i have a meet coming up pretty soon and need to get use to pulling heavy weights cause im oviously going to be using a belt then cause i think i get a few pounds out of it. if you check back in my log youll see that the weeks leading up to the really heavy weights were all done without a belt. i only use a belt when i am working close to my max weight
oh yah on the 5th i did some light biceps 82.5x2x10 at my house. figured id take it easy this week they probably jsut needed some rest cause last couple workouts didnt go to well for them. so ill hit it hard next week.
i really shouldnt be awake i have no idea why i cant sleep im gonna skip school tommorow so i can sleep lol
