this month im gonna be upping the percentages to prs hopefully and see how that goes

i got the power belt on elitefts and damn is that belt like nothing ive seen before. it makes my sport auothority belt seem like a rag lol. its so thick and huge and i got it stuck on me i couldnt get it off by myself lol

workout went pretty good. squats were a little tough but not that bad. 260 on bench was pretty easy for the first set. first time ive had a lift off man on bench in awhile. so workout was decent today
