workout went pretty good. 330 on squats was pretty heavy but wasent too bad. still dont need a belt yet on squats. bench went good. 245 felt pretty light. i had no spotter to lift it off cause nobody wants to go to the gym for 2 hours with me lol. all in all pretty good workout

I hate the EZ bar too man but DAMN you gotta take care of those callouses.

its thanksgiving and my gym was closed but i found another gym that was opened. the lady that was there was nice enough to let me work out for free.

pretty easy workout. everything was pretty light. especially squats. 245x3 was a little tough without a lift off man. but everything went good

Yeah I do the same thing sometimes. It takes a shitload longer to recover if you go all out all the time and it’s really not necessary.

im gonna take a couple days off cause i was sick throwing up yesterday. and i wanna gain back my appetite and the weight i lost from being sick

ill do a little light cardio tonight and hit the deads tommorow
