Paresthesia/Pins and Needles After Squatting

Recently i’ve started squatting every single day as part of my 5x5 program. I was doing quite well until 1 week ago i had a slight numb sensation on my left palm after squatting. I ignored it and it went away after a few hours. 2 days later i went to the gym again and the same numb feeling came back again, this time it lasted for 2 days. and yesterday i went to the gym again and i had the same numb feeling but it is now extended to the whole arm till the shoulder.

the wierd part is that it only affect half of the hand which is the part near the thumb. btw i squat back squats low bar. the weight is not that heavy, only 90lbs. Is there any way i can cure this?

It might be a pinched nerve. Does it still go numb when you hold the bar further out?

i believe i have the same issue (repeated temporary numbness) but to recently starting on heavy deadlifting

it started as some numbness that occured if i bent my hand around too much but now my thumb has partial numbness all day

i hope neither of our issues are due to carpal tunnel

No. Pec minor, brachialis, and scalene trigger points. I had the same problem and it went away with trigger point therapy.
