2 things :
When I do dumbbell flat bench press, at the very bottom of the movement it seems to be uncomfortable and I get a slight clicking or crack on the first set or two.
My friend gets a sharp short pain down the inside of his wrist after holding a barbell or doing curls etc. with an underhand or overhand grip.
Anyone have any idea what gets rid of these problems or how to avoid them while training etc.
