While doing a warm-up set of standing miliaty presses, something felt “wrong” in my neck and traps. Within a few hours I was unable to move my head or lift my arms above my shoulders. Doc said previous damage from sport left me volnerable to my muscle strain. I am supposed to take 2-weeks off, but just like everyone here would do, after just 48 hours I am trying to find out just what I can do. What would you do? Anybody had a similiar experience? Can you exercise a strained muscle if you are willing to deal with the pain?
