I’ve been having a pain in my chest just to the left of sternum. It’s not a constant pain but the only time it happens is on deep breathe or yawn. Don’t feel it when I’m working out, don’t feel anything when moving around only on deep breathe. I just took a week off and by Thursday it pretty much went away. I worked out today (Saturday) and I am starting to feel a little bit coming back. Any idea what this might be? Curious that I don’t feel anything when I cough or workout.
P.S. I don’t bounce the bar off my chest.
