P+C and P+F, But Not C+F

Can someone remind me of why one should not eat a meal composed of Carbs and Fat? Or maybe point me to the article that talks about this? I know this has been preached over and over again, but I cannot find out why NOT C+F? Thanks.

Go read John Berardi’s “Massive Eating” article.

Read Beradi’s stuff. I don’t know which one exactly. His reasoning is that C+F will increase the fat storage. It’s very easy to store fat when your insulin level is high (when consuming enough carbs). P+C is a different story so is P+F. You’d never get lean if you consume C+F meals all the time.

Thanks!
