Im starting to do strict presses everyday multiple times a day. Im doing them once heavy at the gym (3x3) then lighter for reps at night in my house (3x10).
I started to do this based off on Bulgarian/Broz type training which has them squatting every day and mentions of benching everyday for certain athletes. So i thought to myself, why not OHP everyday?
Was looking for input if anyone has tried anything like this.
