Ok i know most otc diuretics are meant for chicks, but would using one take off enough water weight to make it worth it?? Im already pretty lean, ive dropped to about 8% bf and have a really hot date tomorrow. Id love to be as paper skinned as possible.

its not going to work in one day…sorry, but in the future, try dandelion root, vitamin B6, reduce your sodium intake, and use potassium to offset the effects…it will keep your cells hydrated…it will take around 3 days
