I’m up from 181#@10% to 193#@11% which is fine but it looks to me that I’m holding a lot of water. My goal is to hit 200# and then cut but how can I tell how much of the weight is water? I’m considering doing an otc diuretic for maybe 3 days to see what comes off. Any thoughts on this?

It would be easier & better for your body to just drop the carbs down for 3 days. You will drop almost all your water weight by doing this.
Maybe 300-400g Protein daily with less than 100g carbs (most of the carbs after training.)
