Osteoporosis Supplements

Can anyone here recommend a LIQUID or POWDERED vitamin/mineral supplement that has good amounts of calcium/magnesium, vitamins A, C and D? My girlfriend’s mother has osteo and cannot take pills (she gags horribly… very painful to watch). I was hoping we could find a liquid/powdered alternative that she could mix into a protein shake or something. Anyone know of anything? Thanks much.

Anyone?

Can you get her to eat Kale? Among the best of the dark leafy veggies for calcium. Some studies show an 40% bio availibity.

take a capsule and… OPEN IT UP. TA DA!

Biochem makes a powder called i believe “bone pro +” and they also have a cal-mag powder that’s good…

by the way, bump do reply with anything besides your stupid name or “anyone”

Go to any store dude there usually are a couple of brands, I know Centrium makes a liquid.

I don’t know of any all-in-one supplements that have those things in them off the top of my head (though you might try Ensure or something like that), but I know they make calcium supplements in the form of chewable chocolate candies and chewable Vitamin C tablets that taste sorta like sweet tarts. You should be able to find both types of products at any decent pharmacy.
