Just curious if anyone out there uses one of these. I had a cheap white one of ebay I destroyed by everyday used in about 3 months and its time for a new one. I was looking at the 36"X6" Axis and pro roller. Anyone know which one will handle the everyday abuse better? Thanks in advance
I have the green one (heavy duty) and ordered it from Elite Fitness. Quite a bit harder/more dense than my white foam roller.
Ditto. There’s a harder one, too. It’s black. It felt like concrete, so I opted for green.

Home Depot, 3" diameter PVC pipe, use towels as padding until you can stand it

I have the 3 inch schedule 40 pvc pipe already, but my problem with it is that due to the lower diameter I just cant seem to hit certain areas the way I want. For a quick fix I think Im going to get the pipe insulator and just duct tape it around till I get to the desired size.

Elite fitness doesnt seem to carry this item anymore so I may just opt for the OPTP one. Thanks for the reply.

Cressey recommended Foam Roller Plus from www.performbetter.com in one of his newsletters. Here’s the link:

It has a 5" PVC core covered by a 1" foam exterior. So it should be much more durable than the regular foam rollers. I plan on picking one up after I move on from my standard $10 roller.
