I was wondering if their is an optimal way to train when using Myostat (just got 1 month supply from Netrition today) I am currently using a 5 day split ( Deadlifts/Power Cleans) on M-W-F and Chest and Back (Push-Ups/DB Bench Press/Chin Ups or Pull Ups and Underhand Bent Over Barbell Rows) on T-TR
I utilize a Endurance (8-15 Rep)on Monday, Power (Explosive Reps 5-7 Rep Range on Weds) and 2-4 Rep Range i i.e. Strength on Friday gradually increasing the volume each successive week for 3 weeks than 1 week of Lower Volume aka lower intensity/active recovery type training.
Also does anyone have some good core/stabilizer workouts for the back and shoulders?
