Maximizing Myostat

I haven’t heard anyone discuss the optimal training and diet regimine to maximize myostat. For example: high reps/lowreps-power? Mass eating or lowcarb? If anyone has any solid insight, I would appreciate it as I just invested in some Myostat.

In one of the Myostat articles, they theorized that using a lot of negatives may help or take advantage of the satellite cell activation. I think that came from the Myostat Roundtable article at T-mag.

Low reps, high volume, high protien diet, above maintenace in caloric intake.

I’m still waiting to hear what kind of gains people are getting from Myostat. I’m only on day +40 so it’s too early ot tell with me at this point. Thanks.
