Optimal # of sets when specializing

I about to begin the EDT arm specilization program and am trying to set up my other two days besides the arm days. All sets will be 3-6 reps. This is what I came up with:

Tuesday:
Squats(3 sets)
1 legged leg press(2 sets)
deadlifts(3 sets)
shrugs(3 sets)

Friday:
Incline dumbell press(3 sets)
Chins(3 sets)
dumbell presses(3 sets)
Leg raises(2 sets)
high cable crunches(2 sets)

I’m trying to keep my sets and reps to a minimum while not taking away from the recovery of my arms. Any opinions on how this looks? I also haven’t done any direct arm work in over a month so I’m hoping this will put some meat on my arms.
