Hey all - I am about to try the EDT Arms Specialization program. I know how to split my workouts up for the week, but my question is: What is a good set/rep/intensity scheme for the other bodyparts during a prioritization phase such as this? For instance, if I train quads with arms on Day One, should I only do a couple of sets at medium intensity? I’m just curious on some feedback from other people who’ve specialized on certain bodyparts in the past and what I should do. Thanks!
