Normally my workouts go
Mon: legs
Tues: arms
Thurs: chest-back
Fri: shoulders-abs
this week, i had to bump it up to
tues: legs
wed: arms
so today I should be doing chest/back, but I think if I switch to shoulders-abs, I’ll have enough time to recover for chest-back because I think my arms will be too weak for a good chest/back workout, but won’t really matter too much for shoulders/abs. Agreed? or just stick with the order…
