Hey, just curious if there is a free online site that allows you to record your daily progresss in the gym (ie. exercises, sets, reps, etc.)? Something similar to fitday.com, only for weights. Thanks.

Ops. Sorry…I didn’t read your whole message. I just track my progress in the gym on a form that I developed in a Word doc. Not sure though if there’s anything online. I know there are apps that you can buy and install on your machine to track your progress. I’d just do a search on the internet…

I know Netrition.com sells one, and I got one free when I ordered a shit load of stuff. But since your training programs probably vary after a couple weeks I think the best thing is to just go to Walgreen or something by a small notebook 8 x 5 or something small and make it yourself. It doesn’t take long I do it all the time.
Yeah, a notebook is simple, easy, and cheap.
