I need a Training Log

I’m trying to design a training log on the computer that I can print out and take to the gym. For EDT Training, I’d like to be able to just fill in the # of reps at the gym in each set, so I can print out a copy when I get home for reference at the next workout. I know this sounds pretty simple, I just want the best format possible, and I assume the people on this board would have some good suggestions. Thank You

I used to use publisher to print out nice neat little tables and such that had sets reps the excersize all that. It was nice I guess.
Just a couple weeks ago I changed to just using notebook paper in a folder and it actually takes no time at all. Just jot down what you are doing that day and get at it.

Just an option.

PM me your email and I can send you an Excel spreadsheet.

rasmns, You have your pm disabled or something.

(Moderator’s note: You can click on “register” to activate your PM. Thanks.)

I have a little notebook that works admirably. For any given day, I list out the exercises I’ll be doing along with all the various information.

An entry might look like this:

Squat, 10x3, 230, :180

That’s the exercise, the sets & reps, the weight, and the rest period right there. Additional notes fit to the right.

Leave two lines between exercises for readability when you record what you’ve done.

ive got computer programs that log water in water out mental state weight training (lots of variables) meals eaten kcals macronutrients compares these to targets lets you plan workouts (weights and sports) whole tons o shit. i just never had the time to log it all. search on google, crack at astalavista.box.sk budda bing.

Sorry about that piper, try the PM again should work this time.
