I need a online trainer to take care of my customized individual nutrition.
Please recommand me a trainer with the experience, weekly updates, unlimited emails and quickly reply e.t.c
My goal is to competed in powerlifting, and I be lean and strong as possible.
Hope for serious advice and answer
Clint darden. Matt Kroc. Shelby Starnes.
I’ve worked with one powerlifter designing his diet plan for a competition. Had phenomenal results, but to be honest designing a nutrition plan for someone over the internet can be quite tricky IMO. Then again, I don’t write detailed plans like that for competitors often, let alone online like some of the pros.
perhaps check out Shelby Starnes or John Meadows.
What does a person usually charge for a diet online? Is it same as regular price?
I’d imagine Layne Norton would be good too.
Thanks for answers people
I have check online coacher here are some trainer: Layne(400$ each months expensive and full), Shelby Starnes(very interesting), Matt Kroc(he doesn’t answer me, seem like he knows things) John Berardi(doesn’t work one on one) Alan Aragon(he will be my definately number one, sad:( he is full) and Eric Helms (recommanded by Alan and college of him)
Shelby have place. I don’t know how skillfull he is, but Shelby answer me every time like 5 minutes after I have send him a question. My first impression of him are very good. Look like his clients has good results.
I will have the best, and I don’t know who to choice.
Someone who has worked with Eric Helms and TEAM3DMUSCLEJOURNEY?
TEAM3D is cheap tho. 150$ for 8 weeks. Recommanded by Alan.
Next year I gonna compete in Powerlifting National Level Norway…so I have to hire a good nutrition coach.
To take care of my nutrition and performance on gym.
