I am looking for a group that will train men similar to the way Shannon Dey does her “Bombshell Fitness.” A friend of mine is part of her group. She states that they send her a monthly diet and workout. Now obviously I do not want to be a bombshell, nor do I want to compete in any bodybuilding shows, but I am interested in the diet.
So the question is, are there any groups/sites like hers for men? Might be a dumb question, but hey I’m a dumb guy.
I think you’ll find everything you need to know on this site. If you want something drawn out for you, there’s a number of articles that have workouts and I’d also bet that there’s a number of more experienced lifters on this site who would make you a quick one or refer you to one that has already been layed out. Just do enough snooping in the articles and on the forums and you’ll find a lot of info you can use.

I think an online personal trainer is about as good as an online hooker. Good to a certain extent, but would be best if you were one on one.
Disturbingly good analogy…
For the most part I agree until you look at top coaches like Scott Abel (www.scottabel.com) who do a lot of their work online. It’s not like anyone knows where the Okanagan is to visit this great coach.
He has both training and diet plans for purchase online which would be specialized for you.

Look into Shelby Starnes at Troponin Nutrition, he’s written a couple articles here and is a accomplished bodybuilder/powerlifter/nutritionist.
I can second this, I used Shelby last year and he helped out so much. I only used him for nutrition, but he does offer weight training advice. I took so much away from our consultations and employee it to this day. Online is very helpful, pictures don’t lie!
If you don’t mind me asking what was your stats (ht/wt/bf) prior to assistance from Mr. Starnes? Also, what kind of weight training program did you follow?
