Has anyone ever used a coach (over the internet) for diet advice? I am thinking of getting personalised diet advice. Does anyone have any good recommendations for coaches/can share their experiences? I have applied to Dr Berardi although I’m not sure how long I may need to wait.
My goal is to stay at 90 kgs(just under 200 lbs) but get down to 10-12%bf - I’m currently at (guess) 15-18%bf. For background, the weight class for my sport (judo) is under 90kgs, or I can go up to under 100kgs.
Any advice/comments would be appreciated.
Kind Regards
Ciz
EDIT: On a completely different note, and probably asked many times, I have noticed a loss of sex drive when easing back on the carbs, anyone else get this?

When you restrict calories, your libido can sometimes be affected. Don’t sweat it too much, but it could be a sign to bump up your overall calories, at least temporarily.

Thank you for the responses.
Do you think it would be better to get someone with experience in personalising diets in regards to a combat sport (would this be very different to bodybuilding?)
Just don’t want to spend a lot of money and be disappointed.
I’ve been working with Jen Heath since November. She is wonderful, I highly recommend. She is good friends with many of the top coaches like Berardi, so she uses similar methods.

The fundamentals of nutrition for hypertrophy and/or fat loss are the same regardless of the sport, plus, many bodybuilding contests do have weight classes, so it’s not exactly a foreign concept to a physique-oriented coach.

Dude here are some of the people Shelby has worked with. Now I’m not sure how much time they took for them to get there but when they get there they look awesome…Not to down play some of the other fine nutritionists that have been mentioned.
