One Week Break for JB's Get Shredded

I’ve been on the GSD for 8 weeks and have another 2 to go. Next week is my wife’s birthday a short trip and Easter dinner on the Sunday so I had planned on taking a break for the diet.

I plan on staying on the plan throughout the week, but adding in 3 high carb days during my trip and Easter dinner. Just wondering if anyone has a another suggestion as to how I can use the week off and maybe benefit from it.

On the other days of the week you can increase calories, but keep the carbs to that 3 day window I would say. Meaning, just add in another Meat/Avocado or Egg/Avocado meal or two and it should give your metabolism a nice little reset when combined with the carb up. More importantly, DONT STRESS over it. Enjoy the break, see it as a well deserved reward, and then get right back on track. If you need to go longer than the 2 weeks you have planned, throw in another 2 weeks after.
