Hi all…Ive been a regular lifter for about ten years…I work out 3-5 times/week and have been mildly constrained by work/school schedules. However, I have 5 weeks off between end of school and my internship, with no set plans but to lift and am looking for a killer month long workout that I can really dig into.
My main focuses are increasing bench (im about 375/378 now, and would like to hit 400) and looking good (also burning fat)for the summer. Anyone have some good workouts/supplements/systems to recommend??? All and any help/advice is greatly appreciated.
