Honestly, I saw a video of Alex Puccio (female climber) doing one-armed pullups and I considered training them for about 30 minutes before I decided it was likely a good way to tear something. I think muscle-ups are pretty similar. Other than looking kinda cool in the gym, they put a lot of strain on the shoulder. Not worth the risk to most of us.
Frankly I’m not impressed by anything I see in real life. Why should I be, when so many individuals have described greater feats on the internet?

Speaking of body weight work, I’m rather impressed by a few of the female Cirque du Soleil performers. I’m not sure that has all that much to do with strength though.
