The more time you read it the worse it gets…
so basically what happened is I called troll, someone googled you, we found out you’re a total cock and now nobody’s taking your thread seriously.
That’s about the long and short of it, cowboy.
“Total phock” don’t use such naughty language, please.

I’d have sworn that this dude was the white limey reincarnation of Prof. X. until he started talking about sex.
Then I was certain!
Hey op, you ever play B-ball with a bunch of jacked hoodrats from Hustons 5th ward? I heard that they never even lifted and put the best guys on this site to shame.
I fucking love the internet. Makes you feel entertained, slightly angry and disappointed at the same time.
Seriously. If you’re a real person- get help. If you’re a troll - keep going, you’re quite funny.
Then you have a lot of roid-users at your gym, because 90 keys at 5’9" being even 12% bodyfat is already a fat-free mass index score of 26, which is about 3-4 points higher than most people will achieve sans pharmaceutical aid.
A lean 200lb 5’9" man is by no means standard and is actually very exceptional.
omg, totally missed this thread the first time it came around. love it.
And I want to revive it. How many of you guys know tons of people who can do ACTUAL 1 arm pull ups? Not that shit where you grab your wrist with one hand, or jump up to get started, or whatever it is some people think counts but doesn’t. An actual, dead hang 1 arm pull up is one of the most difficult athletic feats out there, in my opinion, at literally any bodyweight. I sure as shit can’t do it, and I’ve NEVER met someone who weighs 200+ lbs who can. I’ve met less than 10 people in my life who can do it. The number’s probably closer to 5.
I’ve seen one performed by a stick so it wasn’t impressive at all.

I knew two climbers when I lived in northern california that could do it, but they were twigs. Another friend was muscular and very lean, he was close but couldn’t quite get the top of his head past his wrist.
I was somewhat training for it at the same time. I used the assistance pull-up machine and could do it with 60lbs assistance. hahaha
I can’t come close. It seems weird that someone would have trouble at the top of the motion. I can’t initiate it, but if I started already flexed a little, I can do one.

There’s a point where there is a lot of tension on the bicep that seemed to be his struggle. The image below is about where he would get.
This is one feat I will never be able to do. I’ve got long ass arms and elbow tendonitis.

I have got close at 13 stone 10 196lb.shortish arms though. If you do them on a tree branch you get a slight rebound so it’s an easier version.
I’ve trained for one arm pull ups, but never really come that close. It’s really, really hard. Just pull yourself up with two hands, put one behind your back, and try to lower yourself slowly. That was a main tool in my training, and even that’s very, very hard to do. I’ve never seen one done in person, and usually people flip out when you can crank out muscle ups which are child’s play compared to one arm pull ups.
Also, to follow up with the earlier claims, if you’re 5’9, 220 and lean, there’s a name for you: an NFL running back. The OP must hang out in NFL locker rooms if that’s the norm for him.
btw i was nowhere near lean 15 20 percent
